Daniel Owen are currently looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic, growing client that are specialised in civil engineering and groundworks.

A desire to assume responsibility and work closely with engineers, agents and contracts managers will be essential in you succeeding within the Quantity Surveying role.

Ultimately responsible for the to-budget completion of all projects assigned to you, the day-to-day will involve cost-management, issuing RFIs and EWNs and ensuring subcontractor payments are made.

Technically, you will have 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying, as well as 3+ years of Surveying in the civils and groundworks OR a groundworks background.

In return for your work, you will receive a generous remuneration (£50-60k), a car and fuel allowance, as well as other perks.

The position is available to those operating outside IR-35.
