Job One- Property Clearance Labourers – Aylesbury

Our client is offering new starters who start before 30th September 2021 a welcome bonus (subject to a good disciplinary and sickness record) of £225 bonus after 6 weeks and then another £225 after 13 weeks.

Property Clearance Labourers are needed for long term/permanent positions in the Aylesbury area working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies.

Duties will include:

Driving and loading Vans and Caged Vans
Cleaning and Clearing vacant social housing properties, both the interior and exterior gardens after the tenant has vacated the property.
Remove any lounge, bedroom or kitchen furniture left behind.
Remove any other items left behind by tenant
Remove old carpets, underlay, curtains etc
Remove any old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from the garden
Trim back hedges and grassed garden areas
Remove any debris left in gardens/tards/driveways
Deliver and retrieve security keys
Any other tasks as directed by the site manager Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime available.

These roles will become permanent after 13 weeks probation.

Training will be provided

Immediate starts available

Candidates must have a driving licence

£11.18 per hour

Overtime available at very good pay rates

Job Two- Property Clearance Team Leader – Aylesbury

Our client is offering new starters who start before 30th September 2021 a welcome bonus (subject to a good disciplinary and sickness record) of £225 bonus after 6 weeks and then another £225 after 13 weeks

To lead and supervise a team in the re-let, cleaning and clearing of properties
The team will carry out tasks such as, Cleaning and Clearing vacant social housing properties, both the interior and exterior gardens after the tenant has vacated the property, Remove any lounge, bedroom or kitchen furniture left behind, Remove any other items left behind by tenant, Remove old carpets, underlay, curtains etc, Remove any old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from the garden, Trim back hedges and grassed garden areas, Remove any debris left in gardens/tards/driveways and Deliver and retrieve security keys
To assist with the above tasks if needed (not often)
To complete any paperwork needed in the office and on site
To check that all jobs are completed to the required standard
To carry out any basic training needed Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime available.

These roles will become permanent after 13 weeks probation.

£12.06 per hour

Overtime available at very good pay rates

The pay rate does increase slightly on completing probation successfully
