Project Manager – MOJ/MOD

£60,000 – £65,000 + Package

Aylesbury

Our client is a well established and busy Main Contractor based in Manchester. They are looking for experienced Project Managers for a number of live new build and refurbishment MOJ and MOD projects along with modular construction in Aylesbury.

As a highly experienced Project Manager you will ensure works are delivered to specification and in line with the programme without exceeding budget.

You will interact with both construction professionals and the end client while organising and overseeing the site team.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications

Valid SMSTS

Valid CSCS Card

Experience of Project Delivering within either Residential, MoJ, MoD up to a value of £10m – £20m

Excellent written and verbal skills, excellent computer abilities alongside relevant software skills

Duties

Progress reporting

Chair and attend site meetings

Conduct regular quality inspections

Carry out programme and budget evaluations

Management of onsite labour and subcontractors

Liaising with the end client and key stakeholders

Oversee and implement health & safety regulations

Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors

Liaise with the commercial team on estimating costs and timeframes
