My client is a leading European shopfitting organisation who operate on a global basis. Their client base sits within the prestige end of market and they pride themselves on delivering stunning projects with a high-end finish. They manage the strategic planning and execution of successful retail concepts whilst maintaining a budgets and timeframes
Role
* Delivering and maintaining agreed project, technical and financial targets – on budget and on time
* Selection of subcontractors to perform all or portions of the construction work.
* Overall responsibility for the quality of all work performed by any and all of the workers and subcontractors.
* Ensuring all Contract documents are correct include drawings, project manuals Site certificates etc
* Managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and maintaining accurate records
* Maximisation of project success by identifying and executing variation and snag management
* Prepares project hand-over for the Key Account Manager
* Defines and controls targets and time lines for Procurement and Installation
* Responsible for site logistics and coordination
* Ensures at all-time Corporate Health and Safety rules are implemented
* Supports the Management Team as and when required
Person
* Must have at least 5-7 years’ experience within general contracting
* Technical or joinery understanding with commercial basics
* Ability to read and take off materials from technical drawings
* Experience in shopfitting, site management a
* Experience in project management and site management and associated regulations
Experience of working on site with prestigious clients
