I am currently in need of a Project Manager for a main contractor based in London who specialise within the residential, commercial and heatlhcare sectors within London and the home counties.

The Project is a £10 million new build modular extension to a healthcare centre in the Aylesbury area. The external works are 90% complete and there will be a focus on getting the remaining internal fit out works complete as well as the external area and facade.

Duties will include –

– Programming & Progress management

– Weekly forecasting & Reporting to Construction Director

– Client management

– Overall management of the site delivery team

– Design Management

– Management of site team

The Client is looking to pay a competitive day rate and will be a temp to perm position which will include a competitive basic salary plus package of private healthcare, pension, car allowance & travel.
