My client are a Main Contractor with a turnover of around £250m with work across the UK. They do a mixture of projects including Retail, Student Accomodation, Hotels and Residential.

They are currently looking for a PM to run a New Build Retail scheme in Aylesbury worth £12m.

For this role you need to have Retail experience and shouls have ideally led schemes in excess o £6m. This scheme runs through until September. Perm is preferred if you are willing to travel after but contract will also be considered if preferred.
