My client are a reputable main contractor that work on custodial projects across the UK. They are now looking for a Project Manager to lead a new scheme in the Aylesbury area.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience working on high security projects eg.Nuclear, MOJ or MOD.

* Previous security clearance.

* Excellent client management skills.

* Previous experience working on modular build projects would be beneficial but not essential.

Duties will include:

* Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.

* Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.

* Managing all client relationships.

* Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.

* Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.

* Quality control.

* Direct line management for Site Managers.
