Multi Trade Operative – Permanent – Bucks/Oxford/Herts

Wheatstone Solutions are working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Operative into the team.

Reporting to the Head of department and managers in the team. The duties of the role will be to carry out a high standard of multi trades / maintenance works within the occupied new homes. This includes works from Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Painting, Tiling throughout the warranty period.

Duties of the role:

– Meet with customers in their homes and carry out works to a high-quality and timely manner.

– Working along-side contractors as necessary to ensure all works are carried out as necessary

– Reporting to the Customer Care department regarding works that are finished, keeping in touch and up to date.

– Travel across the region covered as necessary

– Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times

Skills Required:

* You must have experience working for a House Builder within a similar role such as Customer Care Technician / Operative.

* Multi Trades works to be carried out include Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Decorating, Tiling, Mastic, Easing doors/floor boards etc.

* Flexibility to travel across the patch predominantly Buckinghamshire, Oxford and Hertfordshire.

* Full Driving License
