FRS-UK are actively recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager to join a well-known and respected M&E Contractor on a permanent basis.

This role would be to cover projects across the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire regions.

Key responsibilities:

* Reporting to and working with the Project Manager

* Responsible for the supervision and quality of the day-to-day work of the subcontractors on site, working with the subcontract site supervisor to ensure all works are completed to a high standard and delivered on time

* Assist and advise on work progress, monitor, and manage performance,

* Carry out work to a high standard in in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation and company guidelines

* Ensuring all relevant paperwork is prepared and submitted to the management team and client in a timely manner

* Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets

* Delivering toolbox talks

* Rams

* Liaise directly with clients, attending site visits/meetings when required

* Ensure Health & Safety polities are adhered to

* Produce improvement plans (where required)

Key skills and experience

* Previous supervisory / managerial experience

* Strong communication and organisation skills

* Qualification in Mechanical Engineering preferred or approved apprenticeship

* CSCS, SSSTC/SMSTS

* UK Driving Licence
