About the role: Managing Quantity Surveyor

Duties:

To help and assist the Customer Programme Manager or Project Managers on assigned Contracts
To manage and supervise the commercial function and employees within the Sector on all allocated contracts
To provide a functional responsibility and report to the Head of Commercial / Commercial Manager on commercial and contractual matters as well as providing the same to Customer Project Managers (CPM's) on all operational requirements to support the Project ManagerProject types:

A wide range across all sectors, projects also range in pricing

Experience required:

Skills Required: Experience of NEC Option C with Main Contractor with Civils/Structures in a Highways/Rail environment. Client focused.

CSCS Card Required? Yes

– At least 7 years experience in the Commercial arena

– Degree HNC/HND minimum

– Good Communication and IT skills

Salary: 60-65k
