Document Controller / Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Location: Griffin Lane, Aylesbury, HP19 8BP (Working from home during Covid-19)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coordinator has experience of coordinating multiple ongoing projects from an administrative perspective. You would be responsible for making adjustments to the planned capital schemes and planned routine maintenance highways programme as well as accurately managing documents produced by the delivery teams. The role will require positive engagement with the senior project team and therefore candidates must have a solid administration background with excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will have;
Previously worked in a construction environment – ideally highways
Previous experience of coordinating multiple ongoing projects
Previous experience within document control
High level of communication and organisational skills
Proficient with MS Office, including Excel & MS ProjectYou would be responsible for;
Chasing for updates on weekly schemes – confirming they're being delivered on time and in budget
Supporting with producing and communicating reports to the Client
Managing and reporting on compliance with the agreed scheme programmes and project deadlines
Controlling the numbering, filing, and retrieval of documents and to aid delivery teams with this function
Developing relationships with operational team
Managing and communicating programme changes to minimise disruption
