Customer Care Operative (New Homes) – Permanent – Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire – £35,000 + plus Van & Fuel Card + Additional Benefits

Wheatstone Solutions are working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Operative into the team.

The duties of the role will be to carry out a high standard of customer service and multi trades / maintenance works within occupied homes. This includes works from Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Painting, Mastic, Tiling throughout the warranty period.

This positiong covers predominantly Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire areas.

Duties of the role:

– Meet with customers in their homes and carry out works to a high-quality and timely manner.

– Working along-side contractors as necessary to ensure all works are carried out as necessary

– Keeping the company updated regarding works that are finished.

– Travel across the region covered as necessary

– Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times

Skills Required:

* You must have experience working for a House Builder within a similar role such as Multi Trader / Operative.

* Multi Trades works to be carried out include Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Decorating, Tiling, Mastic, Easing doors/floor boards etc.

* Flexibiity to travel across the patch.

* Full Driving License
