We are ideally looking for a Customer Care Co-ordinator with experience of working for a high volume house-builder with a national presence and the relevant skills to deal with a range of issues arising throughout the building lifecycle.

The Customer Care Coordinator will be joining a team of 2 reporting directly to the Customer Care Director.

Must Haves:

* National housebuilding experience

* Familiarity with coins

* Exceptional data entry skills

* Highly organised and able to prioritise
