About The Role
EKFB are looking to recruit a COVID-19 Coordinator to join the team in Aylesbury. You will be responsible for the planning and documentation EKFB COVID-19 requirements within the work area to protect the safety, health, wellbeing of workers regarding COVID-19.
You will need to implement and maintain an effective COVID-19 Local Plan and risk assessment including procedures, processes and revisions. Carry out Site Operating Procedure (SOP) inspections and record on Airsweb reporting platform.
Maintenance of the Local Test & Trace register is a big part of this evolving role. Ensuring awareness of future local work activities and provide advice on COVID-19 requirements during the planning stage. Monitor and ensure maximum workplace occupancy rates are not exceeded.
You must be the first point of contact for COVID-19 queries from local workers. You’ll be required to liaise with subcontract workforce to ensure compliance with EKFB requirements, reviewing and advising on Work Package Plans and method statements.
It is essential that you ensure compliance is measured and monitored in line with COVID-19 requirements including audits and inspections. Your attendance will be required at COVID-19 training and update sessions.
About The Candidate
You must have proven experience in an administration role. Prior knowledge of COVID-19 in the workplace is highly desirable.
You must have excellent communication and organisation skills and must have proven experience in process development.
