ross the South East as a Contracts Manager covering multiple different sites for a variety of household name clients.
This company are a roofing contractor providing high spec solutions across multiple sites. The company pride themselves on delivering high spec results for their clients. The company are growing from strength to strength and are currently managing 30 sites across North Devon alone.

In this role you'll be ready at site to insure the install team are able to start projects on time with materials in place, overseeing sites already in progress, liaising with site supervisors to ensure time restraints and costs are adhered to. Review costs and tender, ensure cranes have sufficient access and health and safety compliance is adhered to.

The Role:

Contract Managing multiple sites across the South East patch.
Review contracts and tender bids.
Manage and communicate with Senior Management and labour.
Ensure high standards are kept from start up to completion of site.
The Person:

Experienced Contracts Manager/ Construction Manager.
Construction knowledge essential.
Full UK License
