Mane are currently recruiting for Chainsaw Operatives to work on a HS2 contract starting in Wendover.

You will be working for a company that specialises in vegetation clearance on major infrastructure projects – your main duties will include clearing trees, hedges and bushes in preparation for construction work to take place.

For this contact you may be required to cover various locations around Buckinghamshire so it is preferred you have your own transport.

To be considered for this vacancy as a Chainsaw Operative you must meet the below criteria –

* NPTC – Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross Cutting (CS30 & CS31)
* CSCS Card
* PPE & own Chainsaw
* Minimum two working references

The initial contract will be running for 6 months minimum however for suitable candidates will lead into further works in other areas on the project. Working hours are midweek days – 07:30 to 16:00 or 16:30.
