My client is an award winning residential developer, who are involved in a large and ongoing project of new build houses in Aylesbury.
They are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a temp to perm basis.

Details of the role are as follows:

The scheme consists of 2000 units its entirety and has years left to run
You will have at least 2 years of experience working for a residential developer on a large new build scheme of HOUSES
Ideally you will have all round construction knowledge and also Customer Care experience
Fantastic long term career prospects are available with this company
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets are required
£225 per day PAYE ONLY and £43k-£45k on a permanent basis + car allowance and package
