The Role
Reporting to the Head of New Business you will be responsible for identifying and bringing to fruition new business opportunities as part of the Trust’s development programme, with a focus on land led and partnership schemes. You will develop new and existing external relationships to ensure the Trust is a key player in the land and property market within its area of operation. You will manage and successfully deliver new business projects and lead external consultant teams involved in their implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience of new business, land and property acquisition, planning processes.
Understanding of the issues facing social housing.
Able to communicate to various audiences both, orally and through written documents, reports and briefs.
Record of winning business and exceeding targets.
