Salary £16,543 Per Annum
Part Time – 22 hours per week
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is a Buckinghamshire based housing association providing homes and services to local communities throughout the Vale of Aylesbury, we have around 7,200 homes. We pride ourselves on working closely with residents and surrounding communities to make sure we deliver high quality housing, homes and services. We are looking for an enthusiastic Resource Planner to help us achieve our vision and goals.
The Role:
In relation to statutory works, provide a comprehensive ‘one stop’ support service to our residents/customers, Operatives, contractors, external clients and suppliers.
Resource manage and administer the delivery of the planned and responsive statutory works.
Lead in providing a seamless service to residents by scheduling resources to ensure that customers are given timely appointments within agreed priorities.
Continuously monitor and review performance delivery and make real time adjustments to work diaries to maximise the use of available resources, prioritising direct employed resources.
Liaise with residents/customers, Operatives and contractors to accurately raise works orders and appoint jobs as necessary.
Provide administrative support services within the Property Services team.
Required Skills and Experience:
Provide a front line service for Operational Services residents/customers dealing with a broad range of enquiries and requests, initiating and monitoring the provision of contractor resources on behalf of the Trust.
Accurately diagnose repair faults, liaising with customers, operatives and contractors in order to coordinate appointments and material supplies.
Ensure that the highest levels of customer care are practised including dealing with complaints and service failure issues.
Administer general enquiries, routine correspondence, invoicing and updating computer records and any other general administrative functions.
Monitor Operatives communications and geographic location to ensure appointments are met, maximising delivery of first time completions.
Raise works orders as instructed on a daily basis ensuring compliance with Financial Regulations and Standing Orders.
