About the Role
Our Independent Living Scheme Coordinator will coordinate the day to day operations in our schemes, effectively manage the facilities and provide an all-round housing management function for our schemes and services.
In this role you will enjoy working with diverse groups and individuals to manage and improve services. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include::
A good understanding of housing/tenancy issues
Awareness of health and safety requirements
Able to maintain accurate record keeping with excellent IT skills and have experience of using software and IT systems for service delivery and monitoring
Strong organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise a very busy and varied workload and work as part of a team
A positive approach to your work, to change and to the challenges this can bring is essential
An understanding of the needs of older and vulnerable people, be able to deliver high standards of customer service
