9 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Assistant to join our team.

On the Job you will be:

Based at the Head Office, supporting the  Facilities Officer to provide a high quality facilities management service to the business, helping to ensure the best possible building experience for its customers.  You will also assist with upcoming projects such as re-branding.  

About You

We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people and who thrives on working on many different tasks at a time. 

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

Excellent communication skills

Good attention to detail

Good organisational skills

Health and safety awareness / training

Ability to re-assess priorities in a reactive environment

Intermediate knowledge of IT applications including Word and Excel

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

Aptitude for practical work and/or manual handling training.
