Polisher

PAYE Rate: £14.00 – £17.00p/h

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Igloo has some exciting opportunities for Polishers to work on a permanent contract in the Aylesbury area. Successful candidates will be working for a business that currently has 12 UK sites but are growing through purchasing more sites.
We are looking for a Polisher to join an already established company that employs over 220 people to help reach their goal of becoming the best in the industry.

The Role:

* You will be working on freshly paint vehicles.

* Polishing vehicles and panels using a machine polisher.

* You will need to remove any paint defects once the vehicles have been painted.

* You’ll be working on all makes and models of vehicles.

* Working in a modern bodyshop.

What kind of person we are looking for?:

* You will have previous experience of working within an automotive. bodyshop and be confident of working within a fast-paced environment.

* Be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of removing paint defects from freshly painted vehicle panels.

* Be reliable and good with time management.

* Hold a full category B driving licence.
