Paint Sprayer

Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday

PAYE Rate: Up-to £40,000 p/a depending on qualifications & experience

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Igloo has some exciting opportunities for automotive paint/preppers to work on a permanent contract in the Aylesbury area.

We are looking for ATA/IMI Accredited paint/preppers to join an already established team of employees to help the company reach their goal of becoming the best in the industry.

The Role:

Within the paint/prepper role you will be responsible for undertaking, but not limited to, the below tasks:

* Ensuring the all vehicles are correctly masked and prepped up prior to going into the paint booth.

* Undertaking any final prep work to the vehicle once in the booth if required.

* Mixing and colour matching paints.

* Painting cars to a high standard every time.

* You will be responsible for the daily running of the spray booth.

What kind of person we are looking for?:

* You must be able to plan your workload effectively to ensure you meet customer deadlines.

* You will need to be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of working within a busy automotive bodyshop.

* You must always work efficiently but to a high standard to meet customer expectations.

* The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of automotive painting experience.

* Ideally you will hold a valid ATA or IMI Accreditation but this is not essential.
