Dealership Accountant – Motor Trade – Aylesbury Area

Salary: up to £55,000 (depending on level and experience) + Car and Benefits
Working hours: Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced, motor trade Dealership Accountant for our clients main dealer site in the Aylesbury area.

This Dealership Accountant vacancy is working for a superb brand, within a fantastic dealer group. We require a Dealership Accountant that works to the highest of standards.

The opportunity will be overseeing a reputable Car Dealership's accounts department with an excellent team and setup. Due to the team and the role its essential the candidate has Dealership Accountant experience within the motor trade.

Dealership Accountant Role:
The position in main is to oversee the financial/Accounts department. The position involves managing staff and dealing closely with Senior Management to make sure accounts are completed accurately.
– Management Accounts
– Monthly reports
– Managing budgets
– Managing the accounts team

Looking for an Accountant with a strong operational knowledge someone who can get involved with the site and the management team. Working closely with the General Manager and line Managers. Ideally a good knowledge of the sales department and Aftersales departments.

Requirement:
– Must have at least 3 years experience as a Car Dealership Accountant.
– Having qualifications such as CIMA & AAT would be advantageous but not essential as the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the motor trade
– Full UK driving licence
