Hudson Shribman are currently looking for multiple Gear Cutters to join our Buckinghamshire based client on a permanent basis.

Role Purpose:

To be involved in programming, setting of Gear cutting machining centres.
Interesting parts that are small to medium batch quantities. You will be required to create programmes with experience of using Siemens controls on Gleason Pfauter CNC machining centres.

Responsibilities:
• Programming/Setting and Operating Gleason Pfauter P500 ES, GP300 ES, P90, P60, P90G CNC machining centres.
• Experienced work holding methods and best practice.
• High Precision machining.
• Utilising CMM to measure gear geometry.
• Operating tools to engineering drawings and designs.

Our client is happy to consider semi skilled candidates as in house training can be provided for the right candidates.

Shifts available: Late shift.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 00.15am
