Automotive Customer Service Advisor
Aylesbury
£23, 000 + Bonus + Overtime OTE £26,000

We currently have a Customer Service position available, based within the Accident repair centre site, for a leading Automotive Insurer and repairer, on a permanent basis.
Automotive Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator – We are working in partnership with a leading Accident Repair Group, for a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor. The Customer Services Advisor is a pivotal role in the team.
You will be the first point of customer contact for Accident Repair Centre, liaising with the customer and the respective Claims
As a Bodyshop Automotive Customer Service Advisor your role will include:
As a Customer Service Advisor, we want you to bring your previous experience, skills and knowledge to the team. You'll need to demonstrate your experience in dealing with our customers as you will be the first point of customer contact for repair customers, liaising with our customers and the respective claims and internal functions as appropriate to our own high standards.as well as working to tight deadlines to meet our customer's needs. The delivery of high levels of customer contact and communications throughout the vehicle repair process.
Constant delivery of Service Level Agreements, ensuring customers are contacted regarding repairs and non-related damage.
Understanding and previous working knowledge of working in both an automotive bodyshop and customer service environment
Identifying, owning and managing the risks involved in running our business appropriate to role,
Achieving, maintaining and embedding all "best practice" and "lean activities" as dictated by business strategy.
Accountability for individual performance and contributing to site performance.
Delivering Excellent Customer service to everyone
Ensuring all administration related to the role is completed to a really high standard
Experience Required: Automotive Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor
You will have an accident repair / Bodyshop or automotive Customer service background
You will be excellent on the telephone
You will be able to deal with customers, insurance providers and internal workshop staff effectively
You may come from a Service Advisor or similar background
