We are looking for a temporary part time Team Administrator to work for a large organisation, within nice surroundings, based in Aylesbury.
About the Role:
As Team Administrator, your duties will include:
* Booking meetings via MS Teams on behalf of other members of staff
* Diary and calendar management
* Preparing agendas
* Note taking in meetings
* Arranging interviews, setting up panels, sending invites, liaising with candidates and staff
About You:
* Experience using MS Teams
* Experience using Outlook
* Experience using Microsoft Office e.g. Excel and Word
* Good communication and admin skills
The Details:
* Temporary role for 3 months from start date
* Part time role, working up to 22.5 hrs a week
