Our Client, a leading provider of infrastructure services, construction and property developments are recruiting several administrators to work as part of their Streetworks team in their Aylesbury office
The Administrators will be assisting the Operational Support section of the business. They will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of work by raising the required permits and notices with relevant third parties within SLA. The administrators will also be responsible analysing all streetworks related fines and audit fails, attributing them to the appropriate operational team, be that Subcontractor or Direct Labour, and highlighting issues and patterns.
What You'll Be Responsible for
*Work with the Planning team to raise notice and permit requests within the required timeframes
*Analyse data to hold subcontractors to account for fines and failed audits
*Feedback to Planning team when permits are raised and in use
*Keep record of unused permits to minimise costs
*Have regular meetings with Commercial team to ensue charges are being recorded appropriately
*Inform Planning team of any embargos or delays in process due to seasonal considerations.
*Update records on Client systems
*Work alongside Client to resolve any issues found in the streetworks area of work
*Attend conference calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively work to improve process and delivery
*Any other reasonable request as determined by management
Essential
*Knowledge of MS Office Package
*Good level of IT competency
Desired
*Experience in an Operational Setting
*Experience in the highways and/or utilities sectors
*Experience in street works permitting
