Sales / Logistics Administrator

Salary: £19,000 – £24,000 (experience dependant)
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours p/w)

Due to recent expansion, Equation Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales / Logistics Administrator to join our client's team. The candidate will be working in a small, friendly office environment and will interface with a range of customers from specifiers to installers.

Duties:
* Order management and quotation support
* Lead identification and chasing
* Account management
* Maintaining successful working relationships
* Excellent telephone manner
* Effective use of the CRM system
* Logistics arrangements

Additional Requirements:
* Sales / Administration / Customer experience in a commercial or customer-facing environment, ideally within a builder's merchants, insulation sales or timber sector
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* Good IT skills (Office, E-mail, CRM)
* Good understanding of the building sector and the stages of construction
* A passion to change the building sector using better design and materials

Whilst experience within a builder's merchants, insulation sales or timber sector is ideal, the company will also consider candidates from another sector if you possess all other relevant skills.
