My client is currently looking for an experienced administrator, to provide administration support to the pet rehoming sector of the organisation.

This position will be home based, working 14 hours a week, on a flexible basis. Please note that this role is short term, with the prospect to become permanent.

For this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, to be able to speak with clients and colleagues at all levels, and you must have the ability organise your workload.

This role is crucial for building and strengthening relationships with rehoming partners. Experience within this sector is essential.

The core administration duties will include:

Updating inhouse system, with accurate and precise data.
Reporting updates and providing administration and IT support for existing and new partners.
To welcome and support new partners to explain processes and procedures.
Contact and engage with existing rehoming partners to ensure they are fully aware of business opportunities, and to promote company products.
Work closely with other departments and support with campaigns and projects.
Attend events and open days in the UK, if and when required.
Carry out additional duties requested by a member of the management team, as the requirements of the business demand.
Attend training, meetings and company events.
To comply with all compliance, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
