Are you looking to work on a major Rail project as a Receptionist?
A tier 1 construction company is looking for a Receptionist to represent their Front of House in a main project office. You will be based in a busy project office and will be the first point of contact people meet!
Ideally the client is looking for someone who has Construction/ Rail or Civil Engineering experience and has previously worked as a Receptionist.
This role will be paying £10 to £13 per hour and they are looking to get someone into the role ASAP.

Responsibilities:
Greeting guests
Dealing with incoming phone calls
Making teas and coffees
Managing sign in book
Managing a switchboard
Liaising with managers
Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
Main point of contact for the reception area for staff and Visitors
Reception duties
Meeting room bookings and Teams management
Stationery and office consumables procurement and management of supplies
Correspondence and document management (Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR)
Providing support to the Project Management and Commercial teams
Finance & Quality Assurance support as and when require
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
