My Aylesbury based client are looking for a permanent Project Coordinator to join their busy and dynamic team. This is a highly successful technology services company, with an international client base.
As Project Coordinator, you will report directly to a Project Manager and your duties will include the preparation and submission of certification approval application files to government regulatory authorities, tracking and updating submission status, solving problems and proactively driving the process to ensure deadlines are met, taking full ownership of assigned projects including relationship management, vendor performance assessment, pricing negotiation and service improvements.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be organised, efficient, able to work proactively under pressure, take the initiative, have sound judgement, have great attention to detail and a drive to be part of a dynamic organisation.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm with an earlier finish on Fridays. Salary is up to £28k depending on experience
