A dynamic and highly successful technology services company, with an international client base, is seeking a Project Administrator to fulfil an exciting and varied role in an expanding, ambitious and driven company.
You will receive a salary of £20,000 to £23,000 per annum depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package, including contributory company pension, cycle to work scheme, flexible working allowance, annual bonus scheme and full support and training.
The successful Project Administrator will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to our teams in Aylesbury, UK and Shanghai, China. This is a dual role which will consist of dealing with both the project and admin side of the business, some of your duties will include:
Admin side of the role:
Data Entry in business-critical databases
Office organization and management (taking initiative to keep our busy office organized and functional) – candidate must be responsible, self-motivated, and practically minded
Handling shipping via courier suppliers which includes preparation of commercial invoices and shipping samples, applications, and documents to government authorities around the world.
Assisting our team of project coordinators with preparation of application files for submission to government regulatory authorities
General office duties (answering phone, preparing and posting letters, sending faxes, filing etc.)
Project side of the role:
Developing a sound understanding of regulatory requirements in your assigned countries
Tracking and updating project status, solving problems, and proactively driving the type approval process to ensure deadlines are met.
Undertaking research to assist with answering customer enquiries or further expanding our scope.
Taking full ownership of our solution in your assigned countries including relationship management, vendor performance assessment, pricing negotiation and service improvements
An ideal Project Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:
Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). An additional language beyond English advantageous (Mandarin, German, Japanese, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French) but not essential
Able to produce neat, high quality work with excellent attention to detail.
Flexible and proactive, with the ability to prioritise work and work under pressure.
Able to work in a fast and efficient manner under own initiative.
IT literate – fast and efficient computer user, with solid experience with MS Office.
Multi-task oriented.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
