About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB Are looking to recruit an Office Manager to:
Management and maintenance of the project site offices and welfare facilities
Support to the project and office security and vetting applications for site team and temporary visitor clearance, where applicable
Support to the IT team for connectivity and services provision
Management of the Premises Management Plan and office safety procedures, including Appointment of Premises Manager, Fire Coordinator scheduled testing of fire safety systems and ensuring adequate Fire Marshals and First Aiders are appointed and available
Allocation of work space and office arrangements for personnel
Control and maintenance of office consumables and office services
Establishment and maintenance of the project consumables storage areas
Administration support to all areas of the project
Supporting the delivery of office inductions for new personnel and ensuring DSE assessments are carried out
Support to the Vehicle Management Booking System (VMBS) for site deliveries and booking in procedures, where applicable
Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the EKFB Administration procedures
Responsibility for the entering of Goods Received Notes into the Project finance system, where applicable.
Checking of Project costs on a weekly and monthly basis
Responsibility for Invoice matching, where applicable
Ad-hoc management reporting and information
Support for the management of the Information systems BIMXtra and CEMAR
Establishment and maintenance of the Project Time and Attendance system – Biosite
Responsiblity for the production of Payroll information for monthly and weekly paid staff and operatives for all JV partners via GaneTime
Responsible for the production of Payment information for Labour Only Subcontractors via GaneTime
Responsibility for the sourcing, recruiting and training of additional Project administrators for all locations, where applicable
