My Aylesbury based client are looking for a permanent Office and Project Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team. This is a highly successful technology services company, with an international client base.
As Office and Project Administrator, you will sit between two teams to support both areas of the business. Under the ‘Project Administrator’ title of your role, your duties will include supporting the preparation and submission of certification approval application files to government regulatory authorities, tracking and updating submission status, solving problems and proactively driving the process to ensure deadlines are met.
Under the ‘Office Administrator’ side of this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the UK and Asia teams, with a strong focus on data entry, deal with any shipping requests and other general office duties such as ordering stationary, dealing with the post, filing, responding to emails, answering the phones and any other duties that are required.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be organised, efficient, able to work proactively under pressure, take the initiative, have sound judgement, have superb attention to detail and a drive to be part of a dynamic organisation.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm with an earlier finish on Fridays. Salary is £20-23k
