Berry Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their client based in Aylesbury.
We are looking for a candidate who is a confident and highly organised individual to work alongside the two senior Administrators to assist in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the department and administration
Role: Office Administrator
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
Salary: £17,500 – 20,000 per Annum
Holiday Entitlement: 23 Days holiday
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up folders
Printing of reports
Data input onto the in-house data base
Filing
AdministrationCandidate Specification:
Previous Administration experience is required
Attention to detail and accuracy
Methodical approach to duties
Must be able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPointPersonal attributes
Has a proactive and 'can do' attitude
Sense of responsibility
Ability to build rapport with staff
