Berry recruitment are excited to announce we are recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to join one of my clients in Aylesbury.
Job Title: Maintenance Administrator
Salary: £17,000 – £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) – Full Time
Holiday: 23days + 8 Bank Holidays
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving all inbound calls and making outbound calls where needed.
Scheduling engineers to attend call outs.
Generation and closure of scheduled work orders, daily.
Overseeing job completion in respect of, in-house engineering and sub-contractor services.
Updating in-house CAFM systems and external clients.
Managing the helpdesk inbox efficiently on a daily basis.
Constant liaison with engineers, subcontractors and clients via phone/email.
PPM asset management planning via the CAFM database.
Respond quickly and effectively to client queries.
Quote requests and chasing engineers/subcontractors for job updates on a daily basis.
Providing an excellent customer service at all times.
There will be various admin tasks as requested.
Qualifications/Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage your time are essential.
Must have a good attention to detail.
Being able to use their own initiative.
