Location – Current Remote Working – Moving into Office ASAP
The Role
The post holder will ensure the efficient financial administration of the team, ensuring that the income targets defined within the business plan are achieved.
Key Accountabilities
* Preparing pro-forma and final invoices and submitting them to multiple organisations
* Reconciling transactions using the SAP system, providing timely and accurate financial information to senior management
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and management reporting
* Responding to technical queries from works promoters
* Provide exceptional customer service to team members, Clients and external stakeholders
What do we want from you?
Essential
* Excellent organisation and administration skills
* Good communicator, both verbal and written
* Understanding of sensitivities when responding to local politicians and key stakeholders
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Assisting in preparation of budgets
* Able to accurately maintain records and provide management information
* Experience of raising and processing of invoices, ideally using SAP
Desirable
* Knowledge of NRSWA, TMA and other relevant transport legislation
* Good geographical knowledge of the Buckinghamshire road network.
