About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB Are looking to recruit a Project Administrator.
The duties will include:
Goods Received Notes
Collection from site
Collation / Task Code / Validation
GRN system entry
Invoice Verification, where system applicable, including:
Invoice matching and processing
Invoices queries
Recording and processing of payroll information, labour allocation, labour-only subcontractors including:
Time and Attendance, New Starts, Leavers
Daily Labour Allocation Sheet report production and data entry
Daily hours exception management
PayrollReporting, Labour Only S/C Certificate/Invoice management
Cost Monitoring and Reporting including:
Weekly Cost Reporting of Labour, Plant and Materials
Monthly monitoring of costs
General Duties could include:
Collating Staff Time allocation sheets
Reception duties (as and when required)
Meeting room management
Stationery and office consumables procurement
Correspondence management
