Our client based in Aylesbury is looking for an Administrator to join their small team on a Temp – perm basis starting ASAP.
Duties will include:
*
* Answering phone calls and directing to the correct individual or department
* Dealing with customer or client queries
* Assisting with invoices
* Updating systems
* To produce and distribute a concise and accurate set of minutes from team meetings.
* To input and ensure that all staffing details held on the system is accurate and all documentation on file is up-to-date.
* To deal with enquiries and provide procedural advice
Skills and Experience:
An ideal Business Support Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Good Computer Skills
* Experience of maintaining databases
* Experience of maintaining filing systems, ideally those based on electronic processes
* Good Microsoft Excel skills
* Good organisation and general administration skills
Salary & Benefits
Working hours: Monday – Friday
£9 per hour
