Berry Recruitment has a newly registered opportunity to join our client based in Aylesbury as an Administrator.

Role: Administrator

Location: Aylesbury

Working hours: (Monday – Friday) 8:00 – 17:00

Salary: £17,000 – £25,000 per Annum (depending on experience)

+ Company Pension

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving all inbound calls and making outbound calls where needed.
Scheduling engineers planned works in which are generated each month from our system.
Generation and closure of scheduled work orders, daily
Overseeing job completion in respect of, in-house engineering and sub-contractor services.
Updating in-house systems and external clients.
Constant liaison with engineers, subcontractors and clients via phone/email.
PPM asset management planning via the database.
Respond quickly and effectively to client queries.
Quote requests and chasing engineers/subcontractors for job updates on a daily basis.
Providing an excellent customer service at all times.
There will be various admin tasks as requested.Candidate Specification:

Great level of customer service skill
Ability to work with others
Excellent ability to prioritise workload
Ability to resolve problems
Able to independently plan an individual workload
Previous experience within a similar role is desirable
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage your time are essential
