My client based in Aylesbury are currently looking for an Administrator to work within their busy vibrant team. Your role will require you to be the first point of customer contact for the department, this will be via online, over the phone or face to face, helping to ensure that high standards of service are delivered to all customers.
You will be expected to be able to provide guidance and advise to customers where needed, and deal with complaints within a timely manner.
This role is very heavily administration based, it will require you to have great attention to detail and accuracy when processing correspondence and inputting data.
You will need to be able to prioritise your workload and ensure deadlines are met.
