My client based in Aylesbury has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their busy medical team.
The Administrator duties will include:
* Maintaining and editing spreadsheets
* Ensuring that all information entered is precise and accurate
* Arranging accommodation
* Communicating with clients
* Assist the recruitment and accounts teams
* General administration duties and filing.
The ideal Administrator candidate will be:
* Computer literate
* Have excellent attention to detail and have fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
* You will be very organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
* Be a hands-on team player is a must.
The Administrator working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
28 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays.
Salary 18K to 20K depending on previous skills and experience with a discretionary bonus scheme payable twice a year
