Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Administrator to work in Aylesbury within the NHS on a temporary agency contract.
Monday to Friday 9-5
Pay £12.00Ltd an hour (paid weekly via an umbrella company)
Job title: Administrator
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Contract- 3 months ongoing

Answer telephone and respond appropriately to general queries
Take telephone referrals
Complete information on Carenotes whilst taking telephone referrals
Transfer calls to appropriate pathways
Essential skills:
Telephone skills – Reception type calls
Ability to work in fast paced and busy environment
Able to remain calm under pressure
To work at speed without making mistakes
To accurately type information quickly
To have IT experience at using word/outlook
To work well under guidance and also independently
Desirable skills:
Experience in using Carenotes
