Vehicle Prepper & Polisher – We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced prepper and polisher from either body shop or Accident repair background, to join a leading accident repair group who are going through an exciting growth period.

This job role is a Skilled Vehicle Prepper and Vehicle Polisher and requires an experienced candidate who can complete all vehicle prepper repairs to accident damaged vehicles. NVQ 3 or IMI 3 qualifications would be a distinct advantage.

Job Details: Vehicle Prepper & Vehicle Polisher

* Experience of working in the accident repair industry – Prepping vehicles to be painted

* Polishing vehicles to a very high standard after the vehicle has been painted

* Use of a machine polisher

* The role will involve, sanding down panels using different grades of paper

* You will be qualified with a NVQ qualification or have a good level of relevant experience

* You must have experience as a vehicle prepper and polisher to be successful in this role

Job Experience: The Successful Vehicle Prepper Polisher will have:

* Experience of working in a vehicle or paint prepper and polisher position

* Relevant Vehicle prepper qualifications desirable but not essential

* A working knowledge of H&S responsibilities

* Able to work in a fast paced, and targeted environment and to Kitemark BS10125 and manufacturer's standard

* Skilled Vehicle prepper background is essential

Vehicle Polisher / Vehicle Prepper – In return you will be offered:

* A basic Salary of between £22,000 – £28,000 plus Team Bonus

* Working hours are 8am – 6pm (45 hour week)

* Clean Bodyshop Environment

* Latest Bodyshop Equipment

* Continuous workload of repairs
