SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE IN AYLESBURY, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE- JOB REF: JO29891

Accountancy Elite are thrilled to be partnered with an excellent Accountancy Practice based in Aylesbury who provide a wide range of services to clients both locally and nationally. Due to a period of continued growth through taking on new business, this company is looking to expand their team.

The successful candidate for this role would be someone who is either ACCA or ACA qualified OR nearly qualified OR someone who is QBE. A minimum of 5 years' UK Accountancy Practice experience is desired. A strong background in Accounts and Taxation is necessary alongside experience with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and Quickbooks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Preparation of statutory accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.

* Preparation of Corporation Tax returns.

* Preparation of Personal Tax returns.

* Managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with these clients.

* Training and mentoring junior members in the team.

Candidates Attributes:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in UK Accountancy Practice.

* Either ACCA or ACA qualified or nearly qualified or QBE.

* Strong experience with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and Quickbooks.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
