Payroll Manager:
Weekly, monthly and annual payrolls for a range of clients
* RTI submissions to HMRC
* All calculations including Furlough, SSP and SMP
* Dealing with starters and leavers
* Running year end returns
* Liaising directly with clients
* Dealing with queries from HMRC and employees
* Preparation of journals for clients to post to their accounting systems
* Processing and submitting auto enrolment pensions
Full time – Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Person Specification
A friendly, articulate person who is able to build colleague and client relationships. You should also be able to work on numerous client’s affairs simultaneously.
Previous experience of computerised payroll software (Sage preferred), Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word) and good technical knowledge is essential.
You will be working to strict deadlines and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high degree of accuracy and confidentiality is also required
