I am currently working a long side a fast market leadin business who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team due to organic growth.

Key Responsibilities but not all:

Management and control of standard costing processes

Monitoring of direct labor recovery rates.

Customer margin alert resolutions when new sales orders loaded in the ERP system.

Assisting with the annual budgeting process including control and ownership of overhead cost, cashflow reporting

Monthly production payroll data and labor KPI reports

Monthly analysis of production variances incorporating efficiency, margin, and purchase prices.

Supporting the Finance Director carrying out ad-hoc projects

Business partnering, engage at all levels within the business. Sales will be the first department the role will work with but full cross company integration will be required.

Stock reporting

Skills & Education:

Part Qualified or QBE

Self-motivated and detail oriented with strong administrative discipline and an ability to set and manage priorities

Very good written and communication skills

High standard of interpersonal communication and convincing intercultural skills

Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently, using own initiative and target orientated

Proactive approach to problem solving with the confidence to propose new solutions and process improvements

Understanding of how to build strong working relationships across business

Ideal candidates will have a hands on approach with an eagerness to get stuck into the details. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach.
