My client is a company experiencing ongoing growth and development of two established financial businesses, this new service will offer a large portfolio of client’s advice in the important areas of wealth preservation and contingency planning for both individuals and businesses.
They are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who has the desire to reap the rewards of their own success and hard work. They must possess excellent client care skills and have the ability to build a rapport with clients and help grow the team around them.
The right person will be able to work on their own initiative and be a central member of the team, effectively helping process the work for Will writers / Estate planning clients we have access to.
To be considered for this post, it is essential you have previous experience around Trusts, Estate Planning, Wills, and the probate process whilst using various software systems.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with a busy workload, dealing with clients direct and helping our field-based Estate planners.
In this role, you will be supporting a new growing team of successful Estate Planners and duties will include; –
* Taking instructions from clients / Estate planners
* Producing documents
* Formatting legal documents
* Drafting Wills & LPA
* Working with trusts
* Building keep links with associated firms and clients
* Helping grow the team
A key part of the role is to ensure a smooth process from the introduction to the clients through to producing solid Estate planning advice and ensuring all documents are signed and registered. Whilst also completing all tasks accurately and within a timely manner.
