This fast growing Buckinghamshire based brokerage specialises in both commercial, property and risk insurance has an established portfolio of clients. With plans to expand the company, they are currently looking to recruit a commercial insurance specialist to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance, be accustomed to exceeding targets and thrive within a target driven environment.
A self-starter who is ambitious & therefore interested in personal development, is able to build rapport quickly and develop long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
They are keen to hear from passionate, enthusiastic,hard working candidates who want to get stuck in.
Daily duties will include:
* Driving sales of commercial insurance products to new clients, being able to generate new leads and following up on incoming enquiries through to completion.
* Dealing with incoming enquiries in a timely manner
* Running through quote process
* Conducting background checks on new clients
* Inputting accurate data on to internal systems
* Working to KPI’s and revenue targets
* Building risk profiles on potential clients
* Researching and negotiating with underwriters to get best deal for customers
* Checking and verifying client documents and processing on to system
* Provide excellent customer service, build rapport on the phone, email, and other platforms
* Prioritising and organising your daily work to meet all deadlines.
* Ensuring data is accurate on SSP
